TMA 096 - Applied Technical Mathematics II |
The second course in a two-semester sequence of intermediate algebra and trigonometry with technical applications. Topics include oblique triangles, sinusoidal graphs, trigonometric equations, complex numbers, exponents and radicals, exponential and logarithmic functions, variations and statistics. Optional topics may be selected from an introduction to calculus, plane analytic geometry, systems of nonlinear equations sequences and series, and the Binomial Theorem. Prerequisite: Completion of TMA 095 or TMA 075.
