This programming course emphasizes object-oriented design. Topics include class construction, data abstraction, inheritance, overloading, overriding, exceptions, encapsulation, static classes and polymorphism. Students use an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) to create applications in Java. Prerequisite: C- or better in CSC 151 or C- or better in ITC 155.
